Mohammad brings a rare mix of resilience, heart, and strategic skill to every client he serves.
Originally from Bangladesh, Mohammad moved to Canada over a decade ago, building a new life from the ground up. Through that journey, he developed a deep appreciation for community, meaningful relationships, and the impact a home can have on someone's life.

Mohammad’s passion for real estate began with his own first-home experience — one that fell short of what buyers deserve. That moment shaped his commitment to doing things differently. He approaches every client relationship with empathy, transparency, and a service-first mindset, ensuring no one ever feels unsupported or unheard during one of the biggest decisions of their life.

With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Operations from the University of Manitoba, Mohammad has always been driven to connect, lead, and give back. His background spans logistics, operations, and tech, working with companies like PepsiCo, Cardinal Health, and fast-growing startups. This experience honed his strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex situations — strengths that translate directly into real estate.

Having lived in Winnipeg, Vancouver, and now Calgary, Mohammad understands the nuances of different Canadian markets and the diverse needs of the clients he serves. Fluent in English, Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu, with Spanish on the way, he naturally builds trust across cultures and communities.

Warm, genuine, and relationship-focused, Mohammad is dedicated to guiding clients with care and clarity. Outside of real estate, you’ll find him staying active, exploring new places, and feeding his competitive side — whether that’s on a pickleball court or jumping out of an airplane at 15,000 feet.

Mohammad is proud to help clients find not just a property, but a place to truly call home.
